We’re getting super excited that we’ll be welcoming you to the Barn at Manor Farm, Bourn, in under a week! Here’s some FAQs and top tips for you lovely brunch lovers!
What is the best way to get to Bourn?
Public transport to the area is limited to buses. Car or taxi is the best option. Use this address and post code in your sat nav. 14 Alms Hill, Bourn, Cambridgeshire, CB23 2SH
Is parking free?
Yes – free parking is available.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive between 12-1pm. Last entry will be at 2pm. We need to keep to these timings so we can serve our three-course brunch in a timely manner. Your starter and welcome drink will be served on arrival and then the timings of the main course will be slightly staggered but fear not, there will be lots to keep you entertained between courses.
What does the £35 include?
- A three course Afternoon Tease Brunch (set menu) + a welcome drink (Prosecco or Mimosa). Flavours of Sardinia to start, followed by a Mexican inspired main and to top it off…a slice of delicious Afternoon Tease cake!
- Live music from 2pm Child of Chief, and 3pm from Tiger Blue and our DJ will play music that you can relax to and might even get you dancing.
- Wreath making activity from Wildly Curious.
- Access to the beautiful Great Barn at Manor Farm to relax and enjoy your Sunday from 12-5pm
Do I need cash?
Please bring cash with you for both the bar and the Rural Coffee Project.
Do I need to pay for Bottomless option in advance?
Bottomless costs £15 and you can pay on the day or in advance. It allows you 2 hours of drinking Prosecco/Mimosas or Bloody Marys.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, the site is accessible to wheelchairs although the ground is uneven in places.
Do you cater for food allergies and intolerances?

Is it child-friendly?
Yes – we welcome children (please buy tickets in advance there are options for children as follows, child’s brunch box £10 (8 and under), mini adult meal £18.
Is Brunch Club indoors?
The main event, seating areas and musicians will be in the Great Barn, a beautifully restored 13th century building. If the weather is dry and bright wreath making will be outside. The barn is definitely waterproof but please bear in mind that it is a barn and therefore temperature is dependent on the weather. We advise you bring a coat/extra layer just in case.
